QUALIFICATIONS/CERTIFICATIONS
- Minimum education – High School Diploma
- Organizational, interpersonal, writing, and communication skills; attention to detail is critical.
- Ability to work well with technical and non-technical End-Users.
- Proficiency in common software packages and platforms (Google suite, word processing, excel, spreadsheets, and database).
JOB GOAL:
To serve as a first level technical support representative. Interact with staff to identify and resolve general technical issues. Communicate technical issues and concerns to the IT Leadership. Support technology asset management within District policies and procedures. Implementation of district security protocols.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $30,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
