Lifetime Remodeling Systems Looking for Carpenters Wanted! at Portland, OR

Lifetime Remodeling Systems is the leading siding, window, and remodeling firm in the Portland metro area. We are a family-owned and operated company that is focused on a high end, quality customer experience and we are looking to add people to our team that reflects this approach.

We are looking for carpenters of all levels to add to our Design/Build team specializing in kitchen, bath and full home remodeling projects;

Lead Carpenters
10 plus years experience in the remodeling field
10 plus years experience managing a team
At least one specialization (framing, tile, finish work etc…) that can be performed at the highest levels
Can read blueprints at a high level
Comfortable with homeowner interaction
Technology savvy (BuilderTrend, basic email use and job reporting with a smartphone)
Willing to teach and instruct carpenter 1’s & 2’s on correct installation methods
Has all the necessary tools for the position (TOol purchasing program is available)
Clean record (driving, criminal history)
Punctual and professional at every level

Carpenter 1
At least 5 years experience in the remodeling field including demo, rough carpentry basic finish, flooring (tile, painting, & sheetrock a plus)
Looking to improve skillset(s) by working with top-level carpenters to ascend to a leadership position
Ability to work in a team-oriented environment, take specific directions from lead carpenters and execute at a high level
Comfortable with homeowner interaction
Technology savvy (BuilderTrend, basic email use and job reporting with a smart phone)
Has all the necessary tools for basic carpentry
Has solid transportation
Clean record (driving, criminal history)
Punctual, & on time every time

Carpenter 2
At least 2 years experience in the remodeling field
Hard worker looking to improve skillset and do whatever it takes to help the carpentry team
Looking for mentorship to your improve skillset and motivated to become a carpenter 1 down the road
Punctual, & on time every time
Has solid transportation
Clean record (driving, criminal history)
