Job Brief:
_Full Time Remote Is Not An Option!
_This is a full-time position.
_This is an in office setting
_Knowledge in the Moving Industry a plus NOT mandatory ;
_Customer Service experience a MUST
_If your willing to learn our ways and system we’re willing to train the right person.
_Transportation a must – Attendance is key.
_Cell Phone Necessary.
_Access to at home internet Necessary.
Your day to day responsibilities would include:
_When speaking to customers: Listen, acknowledge, sympathize, act.
_Basic computer skills required. Noting files in the database.
_Good problem-solving skills with customers making complaints.
_Answering incoming calls – Setting time to call back and follow up
_Clear and respectful communication skills.
_Fielding customer complaints.
_Follow up calls before/after the move.
_Resolving customer issues.
_High Volume Incoming Calls.
_Ability to multitask.
_This is a 1099 position as an independent contractor.

_High school degree!
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $24.00 – $29.00 per hour
