We are looking for excited candidates to join our team our team of Customer Service Representatives. We are seeking candidates who enjoy helping others and have a passion for providing customer service. Our Customer Service Representatives will complete a wide range of tasks including responding to questions, helping customers choose products, completing sales transactions, and greeting each and every customer in a friendly manner.
Customer Service Representative Responsibilities:
- Greet all customers daily, speaking to as many customers as possible
- Engage customers in discussions about new products
- Support and follow all customer service guidelines
- Maintain records
- Properly execute up-selling strategies
- Adhere to SOPs to promote a positive customer experience.
- Communicate effectively with crew members and team management
Customer Service Representative Requirements:
- Applicants for the Customer Service position must be eighteen years of age or older
- Entry level applicants are welcome to apply
- Outgoing personality
- Ability to coordinate well with others
- Excellent team player
- Clear and effective verbal communication skills
- Ethical, honest, trustworthy, respectful, compassionate, supportive and patient
- Flexible scheduling availability
- Reliable transportation to the Austin – Domain Area
