ATTENTION: Seeking Recent College Graduates!
Due to continuous growth, we are seeking a Marketing & Sales Specialist at our Burlington, WI facility. This is a unique hybrid position (work from home & on-site as needed), giving exposure to sales merchandising and marketing strategy. It is not a commissioned sales role and is mentored by an Account Manager. This is a highly visible position critical to the growth of the company.
We are the market leader in toilet repair products sold in the largest Home Improvement and Hardware retailers including Home Depot, Lowe’s, Ace Hardware, Menards, Walmart, Target & more. Yes, our careers are in the toilet and we have a lot of fun with our award-winning, USA-made products!
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Support execution of sales growth strategies including new product launches, merchandising updates and promotional vehicles
- Represent Lavelle Industries both virtually & in-person at customer training events, industry tradeshows, and customer meetings
- Communicate directly with customers regarding orders & inventory
- Develop Genius level toilet repair product knowledge to influence others
- Support sales team by developing presentation and sales materials
- Conduct market research in the field to learn about customer needs & present findings internally
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s Degree ideally with focus in Sales, Marketing, Communications, Retail, Business or Supply Chain
- Sales, Marketing, or retail experience / relevant internships are a plus
- Effective communication – written, electronic and oral
- Results driven, passionate, analytical and energetic individual
- Available & excited for national travel during peak seasons up to 30-50%. All travel expenses are covered by company.
