WHAT YOU’LL DO:
Build quality homes for our valued Seniors in the Port Charlotte (FL) area…it’s as simple as that. We’re looking for Crew Members who are skilled in framing, drywall, interior finishes, flooring, millwork, cabinetry, painting, plumbing, and/or electrical trades.
This is a 1099 “Contract” position with full-time hours and ongoing work. Materials and equipment are covered by us.
YOU’LL BE GREAT IN THIS ROLE IF YOU:
- Have 2 or more years experience in the trades listed above.
- Are capable of working with minimal oversight, but also willing to follow directions closely.
- Are able to work a flexible schedule, including extended hours and weekends.
- While this position is primarily located in Port Charlotte, occasional travel may be needed.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: From $12,345.00 per year
