Nothing is more important to us than the success of our clients, making the Account Manager position one of the most critical to Kobe Digital’s day-to-day operations. We are seeking a candidate who can not only handle this responsibility, but also thrive under the pressure of knowing that their performance has an immediate impact on their clients’ businesses, and can spearhead projects, create strategic solutions, manage deadlines, and delegate tasks accordingly. The Account Manager will manage client relations and be the driving force behind their campaigns.
Responsibilities
- Initiate new client campaigns in an effective and timely manner by walking clients through the onboarding process
- Learn the specifics of our clients’ business model and target audience
- Develop high-level strategic recommendations for appropriate platforms and campaigns, in collaboration with our platform experts
- Report marketing campaign performance to clients, and make recommendations where needed to ensure that results are in line with their goals
- Work with in-house product experts to ensure that client requirements are met, communicating deadlines with colleagues and managing needs and expectations with clients
- Grow client relationships by closely monitoring existing campaigns and identifying possible growth opportunities and benefits with alternative products
Skills & Experience
- A passion to learn grow and take responsibility for success
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent time management, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong project management and collaboration skills
- Ability to manage a team of colleagues to meet deadlines, anticipate potential bottlenecks, and resolve issues independently
- Advanced knowledge of digital marketing channels, including paid and organic search, social media, email, programmatic and in-feed native
- Proficiency with industry-standard digital marketing tools including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, MailChimp. Familiarity with Google Analytics, Moz, WordPress, Shopify, and more a plus
- Agency experience is preferred
