Knipp Contracting is expanding our Commercial Department and seeking a Project Manager. This a unique opportunity for those who want grow with a reputable contractor. We are looking for the right fit to not only complement our existing Team but to help grow it!
Responsibilities:
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications.
- Estimating, QuickBooks, Procore, Salesforce Experience preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office software, specifically Excel
- Coordinate and schedule construction activities, adapt to changes in plan.
- Validate that work is completed and within the workmanship standards required by the Company.
- Preparation of scopes of work for project bids.
- Work through solutions provided for design deficiencies, schedule concerns, and other project specific issues.
- Monitor for quality control of all work performed.
- Create and manage project budget for all assigned projects.
Education and/or Experience
· Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or another related field preferred.
· A minimum of 2-3 years of Project Management experience or other construction related trade experience is desirable.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $105,000.00 per year
