Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Summary Responsibilities:
We are seeking an Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator to join our team! You will coordinate inside sales and customer support activities while learning the necessary software to implement omni-channel communication campaigns (Customer E-Mails, Sales Announcements, Product Catalogs), and eventually, implement and manage online / website marketing programs for our existing website, KMLBearingUSA.com.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
The duties & responsibilities of the job include but are not limited to:
- Actively learn, gain proficiency in and become fluent with the KML Bearing USA product line (form, fit and function), customer base and pricing structures
- Use Sage ERP to support customer service, receive inbound telephone sales and stock inquiries and accurately enter customer purchase orders for shipping
- Consult with Sales & Marketing Senior Manager to develop marketing programs
- Develop, design and implement company newsletters, press releases, pricing updates and product catalogs, using both traditional print and digital media
- Fulfill marketing support programs; manage and maintain necessary inventory levels for barcode labelling, marketing merchandise and product catalogs
- Develop, design, implement and manage digital and print brand campaigns
- Oversee all day-to-day operations and SEO and content marketing of website
- Conduct weekly website audits; collect and analyze KPI taken from Google Analytics; track website trends, including sessions, users and pageviews
- Develop, create and manage an in-depth product database to include boundary dimensions; integrate Sage ERP, Bartender database and website structure
- Research and recommend social media strategies that increase website traffic; develop, create and generate the content and media to support those strategies; track campaign effectiveness in generating sales leads and user engagement
- Improve and develop current Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database to manage and document all customer communications and follow-up
- Recommend and implement website enhancements to imporove user functionality
Supervisory Responsibilities:
The Inside Sales & Marketing Coordinator has no direct reports but is responsible for working with both the front office and warehouse staff to fulfill the job’s responsibilities.
Supervisor:
This position reports directly to the Sales & Marketing Senior Manager of KML Bearing USA, Inc.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $40,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
