GENERAL JOB FUNCTIONS
· Training our customers in the efficient use of our Digital Signage software.
· Demonstrating our software to potential customers via remote on-line software, such as Zoom.
· Technical writing for our help desk, knowledge base, updating software/GUI descriptions, documentation, and marketing, to match ongoing development changes/improvements.
· Interface, develop and monitor strategic marketing requirements with our outsourced marketing company including, but not limited to, product documentation/brochures, advertising requirements, Trade Shows, and social media.
· Creating short videos for FAQ’s, new widgets, and major software development updates.
The successful candidate will possess a BS business/marketing degree and minimum 1 year experience with sales and/or marketing in either a B2B or B2C environment. Familiarity with basic computer skills including Graphics, Photoshop, and basic Microsoft programs. A technical background or experience with Information technology is a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $45,000.00 – $65,000.00 per year
