Job Responsibilities:
1. Shelf management: Responsible for the planning of the shelving and commissioning of the mining machine after it arrives on the site, and the planning of the shelving of the mining machine after it leaves the site.
2. Operation and maintenance efficiency: Responsible for the operation and maintenance of the mining machine to ensure normal operation, and the overall computing power compliance rate is above 95%;
3. Fault handling: Responsible for ensuring the timely repair and transportation of faulty mining machines;
4. Asset Management: Responsible for the overall asset management of the mine (such as: mining machine purchase, storage, inventory, report, etc.)
5. Data reporting: timely and accurate summary and review of various operation and maintenance data;
6. Team building: Responsible for the construction of the operation and maintenance team (selection, education, use, and retention of personnel), the establishment of talent echelon, employee performance appraisal, employee rewards and punishment suggestions, operation and maintenance skills training, etc.
7. System construction: Formulate mine operation and maintenance rules and regulations to improve mine operation and maintenance efficiency.
8. Outreach work: Responsible for communication and coordination with local governments, power stations, etc., and negotiate power costs, loads and other production resources.
9. Other tasks: Responsible for other tasks arranged by company leaders
job requirements:
1. College degree or above, science and engineering major is preferred.
2. More than 2 years of work experience as a person in charge of mine operation and maintenance is preferred.
3. Familiar with the operation and maintenance of various mining machine models (graphics cards and chips)
Can timely and accurately judge the failure of the mining machine and the maintenance method
4. There are certain resources of partners such as mining machine purchase, sale, maintenance, production, etc.
5. Possess good stress resistance, team building ability, communication and coordination ability.
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $72,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
