The role of Director, Growth & Strategy is critical to accelerating the growth of enterprise business sales in the Americas.

The Director, Growth & Strategy will be part of the broader Kantar America’s Sales organization and will be an important contributor of new revenue generation for the Profiles Division.
This role will focus on selling new, enterprise clients quantitative research solutions from our proprietary assets. This role will focus on selling brands research in the form of field & tab and/or agile solutions like Kantar’s proprietary Accelerated Answers and Kantar Marketplace.
The ideal candidate will have experience in quantitative research sales and will have demonstrated the ability to close new, enterprise revenue.

The salary range for this role in USA (remote working) is $120,000 – $140,000 (fixed salary) plus a variable Sales Incentive Plan. Your final base salary will be settled based on several factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
