Manufacturing Associates – 2nd and 3rd shifts (Full-time)
Do you want to get paid for bringing sweetness to peoples’ lives?! Just Born, Inc., manufacturer of MIKE AND IKE®, HOT TAMALES®, PEEPS®, and GOLDENBERG’S® PEANUT CHEWS® candy brands is hiring full-time Manufacturing Associates to work at our Bethlehem facility.
Be a part of our team as a full-time Manufacturing Associate making and packaging our iconic candy brands. These sweet jobs are available on 2nd shift (3:00 p.m. – 11:30 p.m.) and 3rd shift (11:00 p.m. – 7:30 a.m.) at our Bethlehem facility. Our 8-hour shifts start at $21+/hr. plus shift differential. Responsibilities include: working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment; focusing on established procedures and guidelines to manufacture our iconic brands according to specifications and schedules; maintain accurate production data records and keep a clean and safe work environment while meeting Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and food safety, quality, and sanitation standards.
Job Requirements include:
- Physical ability to lift and carry minimum 35 lbs. unassisted.
- Ability to stand for an extended period of time.
- Communicate effectively in English including reading, writing, and following verbal instructions.
- Ability to work on high-speed production line which requires dexterity to place and move product into finished packages and then into designated pallet configurations.
- Possess strong work ethic including but not limited to commitment to employer by exhibiting respect for coworkers and reliable attendance.
- Flexibility of work assignment and hours depending on business needs.
- Ability to work with minimum supervision.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
