Wage range: $40.00 to $51.46/hour.

Sign On Bonus! $5000* for Full Time, $2500 for Part Time

Full time Shifts available:

• NOC 7:00pm to 7:30am 12 hour*
• Day 7:00 am to 7:30 pm 12 hour;
• Day 8 hour
• Weekend Supervisor, Sat/Sun: 7 am to 7 pm

On Call positions also an option!

*NOC differential of $3.00/hour.

Weekend Differential of $2.00/hour (Friday 11 pm to Monday 8 am)

The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for the total nursing needs of residents, while actively incorporating our Philosophy for Person-Directed Care.

A day in the life may include:

• Ensuring a safe and healthy environment for residents, staff, and visitors to participate in the resident’s daily life rhythm
• Performing comprehensive nursing evaluations and assessments
• Initiating plan of care as needed and appropriately supervising resident care
• Developing assignments in coordination with the care partners and keeping each team member accountable for resident care and satisfaction

To be successful in the role, you would have:

• Current RN license Washington state
• Current CPR certification
• Prior nursing experience: senior care, skilled nurse, post-acute or sub-acute care preferred
• New grads are welcome!
