As a Commercial Card Business Analyst, you’ll be responsible for documenting, reviewing, analyzing, and designing business processes and systems based on user needs, in adherence to established Change Control policies and procedures. You’ll work with business partners to ensure consistency in implementing change related to the system, policy, and procedural enhancements that are required to move to a future state. You’ll work in an environment that offers a wide degree of creativity and latitude with the expectation of high performance and results.
In this role, you will focus on executing Business results by offering options and finding solutions to drive success in growing our Virtual Card Supplier Base.
Job responsibilities
- Develop a Training strategy with a solution and results-driven vision that delivers value to Clients
- Owns and maintains the ongoing training process that enables development to support the overall roadmap and value proposition of Supplier Experience
- Collaborate with key Product and Sales Stakeholders to proactively support the development and evolution of Supplier Enablement
- Analytical approach to problem solving, able to assess market landscape, recognize patterns and evolving opportunities, and offer creative solutions; as well as work with deadlines and be adaptable to unexpected demands
- Support Partnership concept development. The scope of work will include: Team impact measurement and documentation, Partnership prioritization, as well as documentation of the intended end-to-end Supplier and Campaign experience
- Prepares and delivers presentations with demonstrable ownership of all aspects of the Supplier Enablement cycle
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in problem-solving across multiple teams and a cluster of products
- Accelerated skills in MS Office
- Strong analytical and time management skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs and translate them into application and operational requirements
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, including executives, managers, and subject matter experts
- Demonstrate organizational skills and ability to handle working within strict timelines
- High level of professionalism in leading groups and process improvement initiatives
- Experience managing teams, either directly or indirectly, including coaching and development of junior team members
- Extensive experience working in a sales environment and engaging with clients on a regular basis
- Deep understanding of the Payments Industry, Merchant Acquiring Process, and Commercial Card specific regulatory framework
