Title: Part-Time Student-Marketing/Sales-Des Moines IA – 84925
Onsite/Remote: Partial Remote Position
The Part-Time Student Program is primarily designed to augment the Company’s regular full-time staff and is for students who work in parallel to their school schedule.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop global training opportunities for our dealer network and Territory Customer Support Managers
- Planning and designing customer and dealer experience presence and messaging for John Deere Aftermarket Expo (event planning)
- Support development of communications campaigns which promote increased employee focus on customer impact and dealer narratives from region and product perspectives
- Customer Experience Playbook chapter development and deployment
- Manage oversite of John Deere Experience shared mailbox and provide timely responses and troubleshooting to key stakeholders
- Support various project work tied to customer experience program strategy
What Skills You Need
- Ideally you will be pursuing a degree in Business/Marketing, Communications, or Agriculture; others may apply
- Must be registered as a full-time student at a local accredited university
- Graduation date of December 2023 or later
- Cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above
- Available to work a minimum of 16 hours per week during the academic year
- Available to work up to 40 hours during the summer or minimum of 16 hours per week if taking classes during summer semester
- Must be able to commute to the work location as needed
