Job Summary:
The production associate position performs all tasks involved in the production of the company’s products. This includes plastics products, assembly, packing. The position follows standard work methods and practices safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible in a climate controlled environment.
Job Duties:
· Assembles the materials to produce sub-assemblies or finished product from raw materials.
· Attach appropriate labels and tags to products and packages.
· Pack finished goods into correct packages and boxes.
· Track production on schedule boards.
· Notify supervisor of any mechanical or material issues.
· Place finished goods on the designated pallet.
· Maintain a clean and safe work area.
· Visual inspection of product.

Education and Experience:
· High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
· Manufacturing or warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
· Plastics experience preferred, but not required.
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to sit, stand, squat, bend and walk a minimum of twelve (12) hours per shift.
- Ability to read, write and communicate in basic English.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
Position Type:
This is a full-time position. The position regularly requires long hours and weekend work. Shifts are 12 hours on a 2 week schedule. Work MT off WTh work FSaS off MT work WTh off FSaS. Every other weekend is a 3 day weekend and you only work an average of 15 days a month.
Travel:
No travel is expected.
