Infinity Consulting Solutions, Inc. Looking for Project Manager at New York, NY

We are seeking a Project Manager to assist with migrating a Nortel based contact center to the existing PCCE based contact center with Salesforce CTI integration and Verint Workforce Management (WFM).

Responsibilities:

• Migrate the FHC onto the Cisco PCCE Platform ( Cisco Packaged Contact Center Enterprise)
• Setup Meetings with operations for data collections for requirements needed for a Call Center Implementation
• Manage the install of call center functions
• Oversee Infrastructure build, White Noise Solution, Salesforce Implementation, and Go Live initiatives
• Host weekly meetings with project teams to meet expected go live date of second quarter of 2023

Experience

• Experience working projects around Verint Workforce management software or similar WFM products
• Experience implementing Cisco PCCE in large organizations
• Knowledge of infrastructure, call center builds/implmentations (Cisco, Nortel, etc).
• Ability to present to C level and project leaders on project status, timeline, and budget.
• PMP certification preferred
