A Sales Coordinator’s role is supporting the sales team in attaining the monthly and annual targets. The sales coordinator is instrumental in the communication and reporting with the internal staff, external customers, dealers and sales team. He/She is responsible for all administrative functions essential for everyday sales operations and the fulfillment of the company’s sales goals.
Job Responsibilities
SALES ADMINISTRATION
- Supporting the sales team to achieve its targets and reporting all activities to management.
- Coordinating and responding to all sales related requests and set up of internal meetings.
- Responsible for all required sales quotations, documentations,catalogues and related materials, and the accuracy throughout the sales process.
- Responsible for all order processing, order confirmation and related matters, and the accuracy throughout the order processing process.
- Updating and maintaining Open Order Summary
- Assisting in local supplier purchases and deliveries, dealer / customer orders and deliveries
- Editing the marketing database, Catalog Graphic designs.
- Assist in event preparations
GENERAL ADMINISTRATION
- Assisting in general administration to maintain an efficient work environment
ERP SYSTEM
- Updating the customer database
- Responsible for thereal time update of wholeorder processing in ERP include order forecasting.
Skills requirement
- ERP System, Excel, Powerpoint
- adobe – Photoshop, illustrator, indesign
Additional Notes
- Responsible for any other duties as and when assigned
Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Pay: $48,000.00 – $60,000.00 per year
