The successful candidate will be responsible for providing legal support on a wide range of Horizon’s commercial and research and development activities. While the principal focus of the role will be to support commercial and research & development contracting, including trade, managed care and clinical trial related agreements, the successful candidate will also support other matters relating to Horizon’s business as may be requested and ideally would have experience in other areas such as privacy, property and corporate governance related issues.
The principal scope of this position relates to providing legal support on a wide range of of Horizon’s commercial and research and development activities. The successful candidate will partner with members of the commercial and R&D organizations to ensure that contracting needs are met and handled in a manner that is consistent with company requirements, applicable regulations, and good business practices.
