HopeWest PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) started in October 2021 and continues to grow. We need CNAs who love people and want to be part of a team who provides care to PACE participants at home or other community setting and in the PACE Day Center. Through this innovative new program called PACE, we balance the medical, emotional, physical, and social needs with care that allows each participant the opportunity to stay safely in the place they call home.
CNAs are invaluable for helping to make this happen. The Home Care CNA provides 1:1 personal care, homemaking services, and social support according to the personalized plan of care for each participant which you have helped create. All CNAs are cross trained to ensure continuity of care in the home and day center setting.

What You Bring:
- Current Colorado CNA License
- Valid Colorado Driver’s license, adequate automobile insurance and reliable transportation, if providing care in the community setting
- A genuine spirit of caring and compassion
- Effective communication and ability to work within a multidisciplinary team
What We Offer:
- Competitive pay starting at $20.00 per hour for CNA’s with more than 6 months experience; $18.50 per hour for those with less than 6 months experience with an opportunity to move up to $20 at 6 months if proficient. (Plus 10% variable pay)
