Homestead Road, in St. Louis Park, Minnesota, is looking for someone to join their dynamic team as their Chief Financial Officer.
The Chief Financial Officer is responsible for overseeing all financial operations of Homestead Road and their multiple entities. The CFO partners with the Chief Executive Officer and the Leadership Team to develop strategic plans for growth and overall financial health of the company and develop best practices for its financial goals.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
- CPA designation and five years of public accounting experience is preferred.
- CFO experience, or 10+ years of Controller experience for someone who is very strategic-minded.
- A commitment to excellence in service, doing the right thing and being mission-driven.
- Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
- Real Estate Industry expertise a plus.
- Enthusiasm, positive energy, strong ability to collaborate, strong communication skills, flexibility and entrepreneurial spirit.

Pay: $160,000.00 – $175,000.00 per year
