Job Purpose
The Executive Administrative Assistant will aid in the management of day-to-day operations of executive leadership at Commonwealth Radiology Associates (CRA). This position will function as an extension of the CRA team while being directly employed by Healthcare Administrative Partners (HAP).
Essential Functions:
- Provide real-time scheduling support by scheduling internal/external meetings using Zoom and/or conference lines and preventing conflicts.
- Aid in the creation of required meeting materials including agendas, minutes, invites, and the like.
- Manage communication both within CRA and outside parties related to required executive tasks.
- Send out communication on behalf of CRA executive leadership.
- Manage day-to-day activities and calendars to aid leadership in management of required daily tasks.
- Access email inboxes and handle assigned communications for certain individuals.
- Interface with CRA vendor partners on joint tasks and deliverables.

Education and Work Experience
- Associates degree or equivalent work experience required.

Pay: $45,000.00 – $50,000.00 per year
