Sales and Marketing Director is an onsite position with a flexible schedule. Some of the responsibilities may be performed home-based. Must have at least 2 years of verifiable experience and verifiable success in sales beyond stating it on your resume. Must have reliable transportation and live in the tri-county South Florida region within reasonable proximity to Broward.
Your interview will focus on the following expectations and responsibilities:
- Ability to recruit and manage a sales team including affiliates
- Thorough knowledge and utilization of tools for digital marketing to include social media marketing, segmentation, target marketing, and traditional salesmanship similar to door-to-door sales
- Experience with commission tools and software
- Excellent customer service skills even on your worst day
- Ability to train sales associates, onsite and remotely
- Excellent presentation skills
- Lead meetings and events onsite and remotely
- Be key representative and liaison with stakeholders, community, businesses, and potential customers
- Startegic decision maker and problem solver
- Ability to work well with various personality types
- Highly positive even in the midst of challenges
- Ability to coach and mentor associates to build a relaxed culture of productivity and high performance

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $28,767.00 – $180,248.00 per year
