We are seeking a Home Health Nurse RN/LVN to care for a patient in their home in Northeast Dallas, TX for 12 hours per Week. Giving Home Health Care is focused on providing In-Home Health Services for those with afflictions contracted while working in the nuclear energy programs of our country.

We offer a place where you can exercise your compassion as well as your clinical skills in a home setting with one-on-one patient care This is a 1099 contractor position* Job Responsibilities: Execute a physician prescribed plan of care and provide compliant documentation of care. Perform activities associated with daily living, communications, and monitor of vitals while working. Work will be one-on-one in the patient’s home to offer a comfortable environment.

Communicate with family members, doctors, and other prescribed individuals regarding the health of patients. Willing to assist transportation to and from doctors appointments. (possible mileage reimbursement) Requirements: Current State License as a Registered Nurse or Licensed Vocational Nurse.
