Gilson Software and Call Center Services (GSCC) is looking for a Part-Time Technical Service Representative to join the GSCC Team. If the applicant is Bi-Lingual it is preferred. College and Senior High School students that would like to obtain experience should apply.

During training the applicant must:

  • Learn all GSCC mobile applications, software, and web software
  • Learn all aspects of the Public Housing and Affordable Housing industry

Technical Support Functions:

  • Assist the GSCC Team with their computer hardware and software issues in an empathetic way and assist in solving these issues.
  • Assist with the release and update of software updates to GSCC Clients and Team
  • Assist Client implementations with the import of Client data via the import functions
  • Work with the IT Team in the analysis of new tools to improve the security and productivity of GSCC Clients and Team
  • Work with IT Team with the monthly imports of Client Data

The job requires excellent customer service skills and being able to deal with clients over the phone and ensure that all conversations satisfy clients’ issues and concerns.

The applicant will need to be 1.) Bi-Lingual (English/Spanish) 2.) some prior Customer Service Experience, 3.) excellent phone etiquette, and 4.) very proficient computer skills.

Pay will be based on prior experience, if the applicant is Bi-Lingual and scoring during the interview process. Salary will be reviewed 3-6 months after hire.

Pay: $14.00 – $16.00 per hour
