We are seeking a responsible, enthusiastic and honest employee to help grow into our superior brand. We are looking for a someone with a great phone presence. Someone who can pay attention to the details and listen, meticulous with paperwork. The ideal candidate does NOT need previous dealership experience, just a great attitude, a CAN DO!! Must have excellent communication skills, and will have the ability to effectively present information one-on-one to customers, employees and the general public. Excellent communication skills, not just in speaking but in listening. Training will be provided if your experience is limited, but the desire to learn is a must. Must be computer savvy.
Single most important skill is to talk, listen and multi-task.
Main areas of responsibilities are general administrative needs- to ensure the office run smoothly- this includes the following:
Answering calls, taking messages and answer queries
Screening phone calls and forward them to the appropriate staff member
Greeting visitors, offering them coffee/refreshments and directing them to the correct staff member
Scanning and copying of documents
Follow up with customers and manage customer log
Type documents, reports and correspondence
Keep reception area tidy
Data entry with attention to detail
Keep track of office supplies and order when needed
Completing various office clerical assignments as needed
We work in a fast paced office where attention to detail in important. Starting wage is depending on experience. We offer paid holidays, paid vacation and a friendly work environment.
