We are currently looking for a Customer Service Representative to work full time with our fast-paced growing company. Appliance knowledge is not required but is a plus. We are looking for someone who is energetic, has great communication skills, a motivated self-starter who is great at multi-tasking and has a good work ethic. You must also be reliable. Work from home experience a plus.

Responsibilities:
– Check voicemails and return calls.
– Answer phones in a timely manner and schedule service calls to meet service technician’s availability and location.
– Reschedule customers once parts come back in, per tech availability.
– Communicate with customers via phone, text, or email.
– Manage new service calls created by other schedulers.
– Provide customers with an ETA for their service call, in accordance with Company policy.
– Ensure daily that the technician’s routes flow smoothly
Qualifications:
-Must have a cell phone
-Must have good knowledge of DFW area
– Must have a computer
-Must have WiFi
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $12.00 – $15.00 per hour
