Position Summary:
Finish Line is seeking a person to manage electronic data processing (EDI) for our mass market retailers. Training will be provided. Customer base includes companies such as Wal-Mart, Home Depot, and Amazon. This position is an integral part of our company operations. You will gain considerable operations experience by work closely with our IT consultants, production and warehouse team, and sales team. Our products are sold domestically and internationally. Significant career advancement is possible for the person with the correct skill set.
Responsibilities:
– Processing of documents via VAN and AS2 (810, 850, 856)
– Set up and maintain printing templates for UCC128 labels
– Review and resolve EDI related vendor chargebacks
– Item set up and testing for new and existing trading partners
– Maintain and troubleshoot computer and printer issues as needed
– Assist in implementing improvements to current business processes
Requirements, Skills, and Abilities:
– An associate degree in a computer related field or business is desirable, but not required
– Prior EDI experience is preferred
– Experience with SPS Commerce, Macola software, and/or Acumatica software is a plus
– Attention to detail is essential
– Strong communication and organizational skills are necessary
– Should be able to adapt to changing priorities, manage multiple projects and work with minimal supervision
– Comfortable working in a rapidly paced environment
– Strong computer and writing skills are essential

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
