We’re full speed ahead building out our PAM solution, Admin By Request, across the globe. We have a lot of work ahead of us and are therefore in need of talented and friendly Software Support Representatives. We’re currently growing our team so you’ll get the chance to become an essential part of a team at a very exciting stage.

We’re looking for passionate Support Representatives to help us take care of our customers and give them the best possible experience with Admin By Request.

Your responsibilities:

  • Responsible for handling all support tickets in your region with our ZenDesk tool
  • Responsible for following up on existing customers in a side-role as Customer Success Manager
  • Help test future versions closely with the development team, which in turns gives you a unique insight into our products
  • Continue your developing your skillset to ultimately handle L1 and L2 support

You must:

  • Have 2+ years experience with customer software support and have a genuine desire to help people in a friendly, empathetic and patient manner
  • Have used software support ticketing software, eg zendesk, service now, etc.
  • Be tech-savvy; curious and motivated to gain a deep understanding of how our products work – inside and out
  • You should be very comfortable with IT and prepared to learn a lot of technical terms and details
  • Be able to manage your own time while being a team player with a systematic approach who can juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $35,000.00 – $45,000.00 per year
