The Inside Sales Representative position is working M – F 9:30 am to 6 pm; mostly working from home but may require some training in our Worcester office. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a customer service or call center background. This position will require working in a phone cue with mostly inbound calls and talking with potential members for one of our senior plans. Sales experience is not required!

Brief Summary of Purpose:

The primary responsibility of the Inside Sales Representative is to maximize productivity of the Sales team by executing sales and marketing techniques and to assist with the growth and retention of NaviCare membership. Ensure maximum individual and team sales productivity and effectiveness through telephone sales via both outbound and inbound calls. Additional responsibilities include targeting key sales opportunities through lead generation for the outreach team. The result of this position is to help streamline and improve sales tactics and quality of reporting.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Primarily responsible for management of NaviCare Marketing ACD Line.
  • Demonstrate strong sales skills and willingness to own a prospect from start to finish by making contact with an interested prospect, engaging them, and continuously working with them to their final stage of enrollment.
  • Generate written correspondance and sales packets for prospects as requested. Maintain a personal touch in all correspondance and communication with prospects.
  • Effectively manages CRM lead entries, taking responsibility for both new and pending leads over 30 days old, through continuous attempts to contact the prospect to engage them with the product and fulfilling prospect requests (ie scheduling home visits with an Account Executive, mailing an information packet, etc.)
  • Handle all BRC leads by mailing out Sales Kits and following up with an outbound call to promote 1-1 or home visit appointments for the Outreach Executives.
  • Work very closely with team members to solve customer problem. Offers solutions and suggestions for process and product improvement to management. Determine, understand and meet the prospect needs.
  • Work closely with the NaviCare Government Programs Eligibility team, Aging Service Access Points (ASAPs), and clients
    to efficiently enroll MH/FEW applications.
  • Comply with Corporate, CMS and department policies and procedures and adhere to regulatory guidelines including Medicare, HIPAA, and Fallon Health patient confidentiality.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

License/Certification:

  • Annually, required to pass a product certification exam
  • Annually, required to take the AHIP certification

Experience:

  • 3 years’ experience in sales or service environment
  • Previous experience coordinating sales activities and events as well as providing support in the field.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills and willingness to own a prospect from start to finish
