  • Ensures all racks are tagged for proper part and procedure identification.
  • Operates standard office equipment, including Personal Computers and Bar Code Scanning Equipment.
  • Communicates relevant information to other departments.
  • Adhere to standard operating procedures and department operating procedures.
  • Loads and unloads trailers per schedule (as required)
  • Completes shipments by processing and loading orders.
  • Attends product knowledge meetings as required by management.
  • Have daily meeting with Warehouse Manager on changes, issues, or complaints
  • May load shipments on branch or customer trucks
  • Identifies and tags bad racks.
  • Stores and ships parts on a First-in, First-out basis (FIFO).
  • Maintains the integrity of the Warehouse Management System.
  • Scans ALL rack movements with Scanning Equipment.
  • Ensure warehouse, dock, and parking lot areas are maintained and clean
  • Communicates positively with supervisors, sales staff, fellow workers and customers to coordinate deliveries/pick-up.
  • Moves all inventory into allocated spaces within warehouse.
  • Assists in keeping facility clean, neat, safe and operating efficiently.
  • Processes returns accurately.
  • Receive and unload incoming materials and compares information on packing slips with purchase orders to verify accuracy of shipment.
  • Follow established policies and procedures for the inspection of incoming materials against order and specification for correctness and defects.
  • Sorts, counts, packages, labels, unpack, and/or logs inventory which is shipped or received.
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimismje space utilisation
  • Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
  • Unloading materials and merchandise from incoming vehicles and stacking them to assigned places.
  • Identifying damages and report shortages or quality deficiencies.
  • Check on all current Items of the inventory
  • Refuels forklift following approved procedures.
  • Receive, verify, stage and stock/inventory all incoming material
  • Assist with product returns, including product inspection, restock/re-inventory, disposal, etc.
  • Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned or required.
  • Confer and correspond with carrier to rectify problems such as damages, shortages, and non-conformance to specifications.
  • Requisition and store shipping materials and supplies.
  • Deliver materials and supplies to requisitioning department.
  • Assure accurate inventory counts and inventory balance information is maintained.
  • Adheres to daily production schedule. Makes recommendations for optimizing the schedule to meet cost, quality, delivery and service goals.
  • Perform cycle count activities related to non-finished goods.
  • Assist in assuring a safe working environment
  • Assists in keeping facility secure. Ensures all equipment is stored at end of day and all doors and gates are secured.
  • Maintains proficiency in computerized systems and other technologies as required.
  • Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)
  • Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
  • Maintains an acceptable attendance record and works overtime as required.
  • Identify and record any problems relating to the product, process and quality system.
  • Initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any nonconformities relating to product and process.
  • Initiate, recommend, or provide solutions through designated channels.
  • Inspects shipments for damages or defects and records discrepancies or damages and notifies supervisor and/or purchasing personnel.
  • Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for audits
  • Receives materials and disperses them to proper area as required (as required)
  • Transfers parts from rack to rack as required, creating or combining partial racks (as required)
  • Ships to and updates customer load sheet requirements (as required)
  • Sets up hardware for area as needed or required.
  • Reads and follows the schedule for racks to be shipped.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 – $29.00 per hour
