Job Title: Customer Service Representative Job Status/Grade: Level 1
Reporting to: Sales Manager
Salary: $35,000 to $49,000 with 10% annual bonus
IC is a Essentra company, and is a leading manufacturer in plastic knobs and quick release hardware, is seeking a customer service rep / sales assistant to assist with all sales admin responsibilities. A manufacturing background is highly preferred. This qualified candidate will have an advanced ability to multi-task, pay great attention to detail, have excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to think logically and react with reason, and a daily positive ‘Can do’ attitude. In addition, this person is dependable, independent, resourceful and has initiative.
DUTIES:
1) General services you would provide to your dedicated sales rep:
- Account entry
- Lead entry
- Order Entry, Change Orders, etc.
- Proofing / Processing new & editing orders
- Placing POs to Divisional Sister Companies
- RFQ Entry
- Proof of deliveries / Providing tracking info to customers
- Enter expedites and call customer with result
- Interact with customer portals and manage orders/demand/forecasts
- Fulfilling Cert requests such as NAFTA & Country of Origin
· Issuing Credits / Debits / Return Authorization’s
· Corrective Action / Support Tickets for company RMAs
· Freight Quotes
· Initial Credit Setup
· Shipping liaison to sales reps
· Customer support via telephone and email
· Projects as assigned / Miscellaneous Projects
· Answering Operator Line
· Handle customer calls for absent or busy sales people
· Shop materials needed for production
· Expedite vendors as needed or requested
· Ability to use/interact with ERP system
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35,000.00 – $49,000.00 per year
