Site Super – Construction
Esposito Construction is seeking an experienced, self-motivated Heavy Civil Construction Site Super. The right candidate should be well versed in excavation construction process and all that it entails. The right candidate must be able to manage building projects and supervise the day-to-day activities involved with constructing a new structure. Assess the resources needed to complete a construction project and generate cost estimates to help set the project budget.
The ability to accurately design, estimate, manage and execute heavy civil construction projects has brought Esposito Construction to great success, and we are looking for the right candidate to continue to drive that success.

Supplemental Pay:
- Performance based bonuses.

Responsibilities Include:
- Create schedules for jobs and coordinate with subcontractors.
- Assist with take-off for material ordering.
- Leading job meetings including pre-construction, project, staff meetings.
- Accurately assess design requirements, materials list, and field productivity.
- Ability to comprehend the subtleties of project specifications and proposal forms.
- Demonstrate appropriate people skills to facilitate smooth operation of the estimate and project.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in project management and/or heavy/highway projects, preferably in urban environments.
- Must have a complete understanding of Heavy Civil Construction
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Project, and Outlook.
- Understanding of construction terminology, material types and ability to communicate effectively within the construction environment.
- In depth knowledge of construction methods and means and equipment utilization.
Education:
- Bachelor’s (Preferred).
