Construction Laborer

Esposito Construction has dozens of major sitework projects underway in NJ and we’re looking for a competent Construction Laborer with field experience to help. Experience in working on relevant projects and using both hand and power tools & equipment is essential. If you are physically able to work on your feet 40+ hours a week and love working both in & outside than this is the job for you. Above all else, we value the safety of our workers and need a team player that believes in working safe and being on time/early every day.

At this time we are focusing on people with 2+ years field experience for this role, not entry level unless you have a relevant prior work experience.

Pay:

• $20 – $30 an hour an hour, (pay commiserate to experience)

Responsibilities Include:

• Trenching and backfilling holes to prepare for the construction site
• Using hand and power tools
• Operating equipment and heavy machinery
• Building temporary structures
• Loading and unloading materials
• Maintaining a clean jobsite and removing hazards materials and debris
• Climbing ladders and scaffolding

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be able to work in team setting
• Can comprehend & communicate in English both verbally & written
• Physically capable to work on your feet and lift/move material productively
• Must have a good pair of work boots
• Reliable transportation
