Position Summary: A qualified candidate should have a minimum of 5 years, current, experience as a Systems Administrator on a medium sized network of servers, desktop systems, and various application platforms using current technologies. The System Administrator’s role is to plan and coordinate the design, installation, and connectivity of applications and server systems. This individual will be primarily responsible for the stable operation of the organization’s IT assets and applications while collaborating and focusing on cybersecurity, patch management, and best practices. This includes developing, configuring, maintaining, supporting and optimizing all new and existing server and virtualization hardware and software. This person will also ensure the stability and security of on-premise servers and systems while preparing and recommending process changes to create a more robust, hybrid, or cloud-based infrastructure. This should be achieved by planning, designing, and developing current and future systems and processes, while adhering to budgetary constraints. Monitoring, maintenance, support, and optimization of all systems, hardware, software, and recommendations to increase efficiency and recovery time is required.
The Systems Administrator will work both independently, and in a team setting, to ensure that systems, systems hardware, operating systems, applications, and related procedures result in reliable and secure services.

While there are many positions available throughout Endura Products, for this one you will need the following:
- Experience with Enterprise Computer and Storage Hardware.
- Working knowledge of Active Directory and Group Policy
- Working experience in Virtualization, Windows and Linux Management.
- Experience in patch and configuration management, utilizing WSUS or equivalent.
- Experience in backup and disaster recovery solutions.
- Experience with Automation & Orchestration (including power shell).
- Yes, it does require some weekend and night work to perform upgrades and patches.
