Ellit Groups is currently looking for an experienced Finance Assistant. This will be a remote salaried position with benefit eligibility.
Duties to include, but not limited to:
- Assist with biweekly payroll processing
- Post jobs via Paycor Recruiting system
- Apply Spark Hire interviews for active candidates
- Assist with hiring process in Paycor
- Assist with preparation of SOW’s (Statements of Work) for client engagements
- Assist with entering transactions into our Quickbooks file
- Assist with preparing financial reports
- Assist with setting up new hires with Ellit Groups email addresses and licenses
- Ad-hoc requests
Requirements:
- Associate’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Accounting concentration preferred
- At least 2 years of experience
