Education Associates is an award-winning national publisher of career exploration and life skills curriculum with a home office in the East End of Louisville, KY. For 40 years, our material has provided schools, youth organizations, adult facilities and other educators with the most comprehensive career development, job skills training and life skills solutions available.

We are seeking a Full Time Sales & Marketing Coordinator who will report to our Sales & Marketing Manager and work closely with the home office team to support marketing efforts, craft internal and external communication, respond to sales opportunities and coordinate a national sales team.

Essential Job Functions:

· Create effective, visually appealing, and well-written marketing deliverables.

· Prepare and deploy nationwide email campaigns and social media campaigns.

· Coordinate sales and marketing efforts for conferences/events and support our nationwide sales team.

· Enter, maintain, and audit data in our Customer Relations Management (CRM) system.

· Proactively communicate with current customers via phone and email.

· Maintain a presence on our website’s Visitor Chat while multi-tasking.

· Pull, process, and communicate key analytics.

Education Requirements:

· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience

Experience & Skill Requirements:

· 2+ years’ experience in communications, sales, marketing or related role

· Proficiency with a customer-facing role, including phone and video conference communication

· Ability to maintain organization, prioritize in a semi-autonomous role and collaborate as part of a small team

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Technical Requirements:

· Proficiency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Outlook /significant experience with Microsoft Excel

· Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Illustrator & Photoshop) and video editing & publishing tools

· Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and software

Additional Beneficial Experience:

· Proficiency with online platforms including Constant Contact, WordPress, Zoom and Hootsuite

· Experience managing various social media platforms and deploying targeted social media advertisements

· Experience working with contacts in the field of Education

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $36,000.00 – $52,000.00 per year
