Facility Details

  • Set Menus and Recipes
  • Breakfast / Lunch / Dinner
  • Provide Basics at Breakfast (Eggs/Meat/Biscuit….)
  • 2 entrees and 2 sides at Lunch and Dinner

Facility Operations Schedule mirrors training sessions of the Air National Guard

FSM – Year round salary – $55,500 to 62,500 per year

Paid Time Off- Minimum 4.5 Months (18 weeks)

Facility Opening Closing

  • 3 to 4 weeks open, then 3 to 4 weeks closed
  • 3 to 4 weeks open – FSM will work 55 to 65 hours per week
  • 3 to 4 weeks closed – FSM will use Paid Time Off with Pay utilizing Comp Hours and work from home until next opening starts.

FSM will received uninterrupted salary through the year including when facility is closed.

Job Duties

  • Personnel Management – 7 to 9 employees per shift
  • Assure that each shift is staffed with Cook and FSW’s and DW
  • Able to assist or fill in for Cook Duties if shorthanded
  • Assure that facility remains clean and sanitized at a high level
  • Oversee quality of food

Requirements

  • 5 Years Restaurant Management
  • Managed Operations of at least 7 to 10 employees per shift
  • Cooking Background within Management Background
  • Clean Background – Required to enter Military Base
