Job Summary
We are looking for an adaptable customer service oriented Software Support Specialist/Tester/Developer to provide technical support and training to our software users in an efficient and accurate manner. You will be our front-line representative and you will solve problems related to our software, the hardware related to the process and train our clients on proper procedures. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years IT support experience, moderate experience with SQL, at least 1 year of software development, and report writing experience is a plus. In addition to support our external customers you will also assist with the function testing of our software products.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Software Installation and Implementation
- Train End Users on our Software
- Front Line Support
- Excellent customer service skills
- Solid Windows OS and networking skills relevant to a large business environment
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Experience with remote access technologies and mobile devices
- Strong oral and written communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional ability to work with users of all skill levels
- Strong knowledge of Windows 10 and Microsoft Office
- Ability to provide after-hours emergency support on a weekly rotating basis with other support staff.
- Assist with testing new software releases
- SQL, C#, C++, Visual Studio experience a PLUS
- Some travel may be required
- Minimum of 1 year of software Development
- Understanding of networks a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
