Machine Operators will work one of the following shifts:
2nd Shift – Monday – Friday 2:30pm-10:30pm
3rd Shift – Sunday – Thursday 10:30pm-6:30am
Primary Duties:
- Performing a variety of tasks repeatedly, following instructions and lifting, pushing and pulling steel based on various assignments.
- Handling steel in forge, heat treating, assembling and other departments within the facility.
- Ability to stand and work in a high-heat environment.
- Wearing proper PPE at all times.
Required Experience / Skills:
- “Safety is #1” attitude.
- ‘People skills’ for building relationships with colleagues at all levels.
- Ability to maintain calmness under pressure.
- Mechanical skills.
- Work ethic that showcases dependability, punctuality and agreeability.
Manufacturing experience is not necessary, but is a plus!
