Doering is seeking an experienced Customer Service/Inside Sales Support member to join their growing team at their facility in Clear Lake, MN.

Qualifications:
- Customer service experience within the manufacturing or hydraulic industry
Primary Duties and Responsibilities:
- Answer phones and e-mails to take orders and process quotes utilizing M1 ERP system.
- Communicate with customers via phone, email, or face to face.
- Assist customers with questions, change orders and issues. Some may be technical.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about products, pricing, and availability.
- Check delivery information on standard and special orders.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Read and understand job schedules and inventory reports.
- Provide support to co-workers and outside distributors.
- Follow-up regularly with customers to ensure satisfaction, address any issues, and assess potential for additional sales opportunities.
- Sort and process mail and file paperwork.
- Quote follow up
- Additional duties as assigned by supervisor.
