Basic Qualifications:
Must have minimum 3 years Full time work experience
Current enrollment in an accredited MBA College or University program
Must have a graduation date between December 202 3 – June 202 4
This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship
Preferred Qualifications:
Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to translate ideas into clear priorities
High energy and intellectual curiosity
Strong analytical skills and a consultative approach to addressing customer needs
Strong business acumen, knowledge of financial industry, risk management, and business metrics
Proficiency in SQL, SAS
Proficiency in visual data management, ie Excel, Tableau
Experience with Digital Design and Customer User Experience
Experience with Agile project management methodology
Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively
Ability to apply previous experience and knowledge to new situations and problems
Operates as a team player
Compensation:
The base pay for this role is $127,000.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
