We need someone with a forward-thinking, organized mindset to help us as we grow to the next level. We currently have over 1200 recurring customers with 55 technicians and plan 50% growth over the next year. Finding better processes and implementing will be key to success in this position. We are looking for someone that is collaborative, open and honest, and community driven.
About YOU
The skills and experience we can’t live without:
- Proven success as an Operations or Production Manager in direct to consumer or service industry.
- Ability to proactively create action plans to achieve KPIs, and manage department COGS
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to manage team members across various departments.
- Outstanding communication skills; Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
About the Job
You will be responsible for:
- Creatively handling customer experience and managing customer attrition.
- Maintaining employee engagement while increasing productivity and quality.
- Leading a large department that consists of two managers, two supervisors, two schedule coordinators, a hiring/training manager and over 55 Home Cleaning Technicians.
- Maintaining routing efficiency for the 100+ homes we service daily.
- Owning your duties and responsibilities with a creative approach and leadership mentality.
- Driving our culture forward by introducing and implementing process improvement ideas, being an example to others and conducting yourself with integrity and optimism!
Compensation is comprised of a base salary and bonus potential.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $62,000.00 – $102,000.00 per year
