Job Summary

Local Small business is seeking a Construction Consultant (full time employee). The ideal candidate will be a Highly organized, detail oriented flexible person with responsibility for assisting small to medium construction companies with all areas of construction including but not limited to identifying opportunities, field operations, job cost accounting and business growth. This job is primarily a field position. Selected person will be working on the job site with the businesses

Responsibilities and Duties

• Assist organizations with identifying construction opportunities
• Assist companies with estimating, project bid/no bid determinations, submittal
• Assist with field operations and workforce development assessments
• Assist with improving bookkeeping, daily record keeping
• Assist with pay apps and project closeout
• Perform other duties as needed by Management and clients.

Qualification and Skills

• 5-10 years’ experience in any construction arena
• Familiarity of Small construction businesses
• Willingness to multitask and
• Collaboration and communication skills a must
• Attention to Detail.
• Strong organization skills and time management skills are necessary.

Strong problem-solving abilities

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $25.00 – $35.00 per hour

Schedule:

• Day shift
• Monday to Friday

Experience:

• Project management: 1 year (Preferred)

Work Location: On the road
