About the Role
:


Fulfillment Specialist

The Cars.com Fulfillment team is the first point of contact for our sales partners when enrolling new customers and products. The team is responsible for processing contracts and enrollments, the first step in getting dealership customers’ products live. The team is also the responsible for processing cancel requests submitted by our dealer customers.


The ideal candidate will be able to:

  • Provide great customer service experience end-to-end for our sales partners and dealership customers
  • Ensure customers’ products are set live correctly and within turnaround time expectations by quickly and accurately inputting product and pricing data into billing and online fulfillment systems (PeopleSoft, Salesforce)
  • Review incoming contracts and enrollment documents for accuracy and compliance with standards
  • Keep track of sales initiatives and adjust enrollment processes as needed for these initiatives
  • Communicate accurately and effectively to all levels of management and customers
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment, keeping track of and progressing on multiple in-progress tasks
  • Work with other internal teams, handing off workflows for continuation & completion of enrollment

Required Skills

  • Great attention to detail, ability to follow set processes and enter data quickly and accurately
  • Excellent time management, organizational and prioritization skills
  • Positive attitude and ability to work with a variety of personalities
  • Must be flexible with work schedule to accommodate later start times and/or later end times as order volume fluctuates throughout the month (overtime is necessary at the end of the month and other occasional high-volume periods)
  • College degree or 1-2 years Customer Service experience preferred
