Core Objectives:
Responsible for the consistent conversion of new client sales, referrals, renewals, upsells, as well as managing & mentoring an experienced team of SDR’s & AE’s.
Passion to close business & show others how it is done.
Provide insight and work closely with the CEO to further improve sales strategies and overall contribute to the growth and success of the company.
Responsibilities:
Coach, develop, and motivate your team of reps to become top achievers and future leaders
Share best practices when it comes to inside sales (phone) and closing effectively
Hold your team accountable for ensuring that our services, policies, and pricing are communicated clearly and accurately to prospects and that we leave a positive impression on everyone we interact with
Lead effective team meetings, one on one’s, and group training
Implement strategic sales training, planning, and forecasting
Manage the metrics, KPI’s and execution of sales generation work by each sales team member
Run weekly sales team meetings that bolster the team dynamic & energy
Conduct weekly meetings with each team member individually to strategize action plans and custom closing strategies by person
Come up with innovative strategies and partner with the marketing team to initiate campaigns to achieve growth and revenue goals
Participate in hiring, training, promoting, and effectively exciting sales team members to continually expand and grow the team profitably
Requirements:
10 years of sales team leadership experience within a service-based business selling high ticket offerings
10 years of B2B sales experience
2 years of managing a remote sales team
Proven skills in Leadership, Communication, Strategic Planning, and Coaching
Experience in a high volume, fast-paced, efficient, and effective business
Excellent competencies in consistent Follow-up and Team Accountability
Ability to have a granular focus on the internal and external customer to grow sales
Ability to role model selling behaviors
High level of competency to present and sell via zoom, etc. articulating our services and demonstrating an engaging and enthusiastic presence
Ability to thrive on being evaluated based on achieving desired statistical results
Customer success-focused by using an exploratory, consultative sales approach to determine the best services which will fit the customer’s needs.
Dependability, consistency, and a strong work ethic (working from home isn’t for everyone and it takes discipline to consistently produce results with all the inevitable distractions)
