What the position offers:
- 1st shift hours; no weekend or evening work

What you’ll be doing:
- Correspond with customers, carriers, and other internal teams via email, phone, and Microsoft Teams
- Daily tracking of containers and airfreight
- Utilization of internal systems, as well as Excel, Word, and Google Docs
- Daily updates of internal systems, reports, and file folders
Who we’re looking for:
- Experience in INTERNATIONAL FORWARDING FIELDS OR TRANSPORTATION STRONGLY PREFERRED!
- Knowledge of Excel, Word, and Google Docs
- Ability to learn and operate our internal computer system
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Outlook
- Customer service oriented
