David Ross Orthodontics is currently looking for a full-time Marketing/Sales Coordinator for our Lutherville-Timonium, MD office. 3-5 years or more of sales and or marketing EXPERIENCE is a plus but not necessary. All we ask is that you bring a FIVE STAR attitude, an eagerness to learn, and a love for people and patients! We are a private practice seeking motivated, enthusiastic, bubbly people to join our already amazing team!

Summary of Position:

The Marketing + Sales Coordinator is both an internal and external practice position. You will be working with our marketing director, manager, and doctor to implement our marketing and sales strategies. The primary goal is to generate more new patient leads for the practice. Once in our office, you will be responsible for orienting patients to our office and eventually discussing their treatment options based on the doctor’s recommendations for treatment. You will help guide the patient through the entire new patient experience process and if treatment is recommended present financial and insurance information to help them get started with treatment.

Essential Job Function:

  • Maintain a positive and friendly attitude and deliver excellent customer service to patients
  • Be a practice representative and brand ambassador in the community
  • Execute marketing and sales strategies
  • Coordinate patient care and treatment according to the doctor and other team members.
  • Discussing finances and financial options
  • Be receptive to training and coaching on best practices
  • Maintain an organized working space
  • Coordinate with other team members and doctors as needed for treatment issues or questions
  • Other duties as required as they relate to the position
  • Participating in our team’s community outreach and marketing activities.
  • Actively organize and participate in all marketing activities in and out of the office, even outside of a regular Monday-Friday, 8-5pm work schedule.
  • Organize and schedule all events on a calendar each week and month.
  • Have the ability to work independently with little or no supervision.
  • Fully comprehend our products, services, offers and key differentiators.
  • Work with other team members on marketing projects in and out of the office.
  • Complete reports, which will be outlined by management.
  • Communicate with the community to help organize all marketing duties and events.
  • Create new marketing campaigns and ideas to grow the practice.
  • Work with vendors to get tasks completed and organized
  • Assist with the daily flow of the practice which includes scheduling, phones, customer service and customer relations.
  • Proactively build customer relations through interacting with patients and prospective patients both in and out of the office.
  • Have a vibrant and enthusiastic attitude towards patients and fellow staff members.
  • Maintain a professional and fun work environment for patients and parents.
  • Maintain a clean work environment.

  • Sales and marketing experience

High-School Diploma Required

3-5 Years Relative Experience
