Data Vista, a nation-wide computer service and support company located in Bordentown, NJ provides certain midrange service, tape library and peripheral, networking and storage library hardware maintenance services and is currently seeking a “Technical Support Specialist “. The candidate is responsible to perform certain tasks related to the Data Vista Technical Support Department. Tasks may include receiving and processing inbound service calls, tracking and monitoring status of such calls, and adhering to department processes and regulating daily work flow and activities within Technical Support. Candidate must ensure that all customer inquiries are acknowledged and comply or exceed Contract Service Level Agreements. This position also provides an advanced level of technical assistance to all our customers. The ideal candidate will have an analytical mindset essential for effective troubleshooting and improving network functions, as well as a passion for technology. This is an In house position at Data Vista Bordentown NJ supporting our field staff remotely from our office.
Position will require tactful handling of client communications; confidently believing, expressing and implementing vendor best practice and service standards. Candidates are expected to self-train, motivate and lead others, assist with development and automation of managed service platform and project services. Candidates constantly seek to improve one-self as well as those around them.
